* Payment – an invoice will be sent out when enrolling for the term. You will have 14 days to make payment. If payment is overdue your child/student will not be able to attend dance class until payment is made. Payment plans are available; you will still have 14 days to make the first payment. If this payment is overdue, your child/student will not be able to attend dance class until payment is made. * There will be no make-up classes when purchasing a term (unless discussed or during a Covid-19 lockdown.) Credit and refunds for classes will be made for injury (broken arm etc.), or serious illness. * Covid 19: in the event of a Covid-19 outbreak and we go into lockdown. Classes will still continue online or make-up classes will be arranged for the period missed in the studio. * Dance competitions. If you are a part of Motion Dance Company’s Competition Classes we ask that you will not be in direct competition with Motion Dance Company in any other dance school or company.
